Discover the delightful Residentia Arboretum, a care home with various care options set in a humble environment surrounded by open spaces and variety of vegetation that makes it particularly beautiful. You’ll be close to local shops, schools, flea markets, a tea garden and fishing on the Vals River nearby.
Inside, you will find a range of communal areas and an activity room with tasteful decorations, indoor planting and beautiful artwork. Our stylish dining room and large windows bring in plenty of natural light. Our library has a pleasant reading spot, and our lounge is the perfect space to catch-up or unwind.
Outdoors, we have many spaces that create an ideal backdrop to either keep busy or simply relax. The sensory garden is complete with a shady veranda and beautifully fragrant flowers and a popular place for residents to entertain family and friends over a BBQ.

The reality is, getting older also means becoming more vulnerable and that most of us will need medical support at some point.
Most of our retirement resorts have a 24-hour care unit and residents, as well as their loved ones, can have the peace of mind that the services are within reach.
The following services are offered from the care unit:
With the many lifestyle facilities provided at Residentia, active residents get to enjoy a positive living space where they can participate in a variety of social and recreational activities.
A service centre with a recreation hall for social activities such as bible-study, handicrafts and music performances are available and take place regularly.
Social activities are arranged based on resident interest and hobbies.
The resorts also have several parks and open spaces where residents can relax, admire the native plants & enjoy the rich birdlife of the area.
Our lifestyle centres house a variety of support facilities and services to make the lives of our residents as convenient and comfortable as possible. With these facilities on-site, there’s no need for residents to travel outside the centre to access them.
