We offer comfortable living spaces for seniors with stunning sea views and a full range of services to ensure a carefree and enjoyable stay. Our facilities include daily meals, housekeeping, and around-the-clock care in our Frail Care Centre.
We also provide lovely apartments for independent living and a dedicated campsite for children’s holiday stays, complete with all the necessary amenities.

Comfortable single occupancy rooms with ocean views, including three daily meals and laundry and housekeeping services.
Specialised care in a secure environment, offering single and shared rooms, available 24/7.
Perfect for group retreats, accommodating up to 50 children with gender-separated dormitories and additional flats for supervisors, complete with a kitchen for self-catering needs.
Tabor Flats provides private bachelor and two-bedroom options boasting scenic sea views and secure parking.

The reality is, getting older also means becoming more vulnerable and that most of us will need medical support at some point.
Most of our retirement resorts have a 24-hour care unit and residents, as well as their loved ones, can have the peace of mind that the services are within reach.

With the many lifestyle facilities provided at Residentia, active residents get to enjoy a positive living space where they can participate in a variety of social and recreational activities.
A service centre with a recreation hall for social activities such as bible-study, handicrafts and music performances are available and take place regularly.
Social activities are arranged based on resident interest and hobbies.
The resorts also have several parks and open spaces where residents can relax, admire the native plants & enjoy the rich birdlife of the area.
Our lifestyle centres house a variety of support facilities and services to make the lives of our residents as convenient and comfortable as possible. With these facilities on-site, there’s no need for residents to travel outside the centre to access them.
