Discover the charming Residentia Bethulie, a modern care home situated on the northern banks of the Orange River in the Free State Province. Bethulie is well known for its historic mission station, established in 1828, and the mission building is the oldest settler building still standing in the Free State.
We have beautifully landscaped sensory gardens, incorporating traditional outdoor features, flower beds and raised garden beds. Our peaceful rock gardens and courtyards are perfect for entertaining your family and friends.
Indoors, we have a range of welcoming areas, including spacious living, dining and activity rooms. Each room is tastefully decorated with quality artworks, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. You can also enjoy being pampered at our very own in-house hair salon.

Most of our retirement resorts have a 24-hour care unit and residents, as well as their loved ones, can have the peace of mind that the services are within reach.

A service centre with a recreation hall for social activities such as bible-study, handicrafts and music performances are available and take place regularly.
Social activities are arranged based on resident interest and hobbies.
The resorts also have several parks and open spaces where residents can relax, admire the native plants & enjoy the rich birdlife of the area.
Our lifestyle centres house a variety of support facilities and services to make the lives of our residents as convenient and comfortable as possible. With these facilities on-site, there’s no need for residents to travel outside the centre to access them.
