Residentia Waterberg Senior Lifestyle Centre is ideally located close to a variety of amenities such as the post office, retail outlets, medical practices, the regional hospital, physiotherapy services, and diverse places of worship. It provides accommodations for up to 71 residents, including those in need of additional care, with day-care services available depending on room availability.

The Johannes Postma flats cater to independent elderly with shared social activities and lunches by booking in advance.
The complex also offers 20 bachelor and ten one-bedroom flats for couples to rent.

The reality is, getting older also means becoming more vulnerable and that most of us will need medical support at some point.
Most of our retirement resorts have a 24-hour care unit and residents, as well as their loved ones, can have the peace of mind that the services are within reach.

With the many lifestyle facilities provided at Residentia, active residents get to enjoy a positive living space where they can participate in a variety of social and recreational activities.
A service centre with a recreation hall for social activities such as bible-study, handicrafts and music performances are available and take place regularly.
Social activities are arranged based on resident interest and hobbies.
The resorts also have several parks and open spaces where residents can relax, admire the native plants & enjoy the rich birdlife of the area.
Our lifestyle centres house a variety of support facilities and services to make the lives of our residents as convenient and comfortable as possible. With these facilities on-site, there’s no need for residents to travel outside the centre to access them.
