Discover the charming Residentia Bethlehem in the heart of the breathtaking landscape of the Maluti Mountains. You are close to the local community with stores, Golden Gate National Park, Basotho Cultural Village and Clarens.
Outside, you will find beautifully landscaped gardens, a put-put course and shaded courtyards that provide an ideal place to relax or enjoy the weather alone or with family and friends. In addition, most rooms have access to a private patio and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
Within the frail care unit, there are a number of common areas, including a dining room, cosy lounge, barbecue area and hair salon. Activities are part of our daily routine.
Residents are assessed quarterly to ensure they receive individualized care for activities, nutrition and daily living. In addition, each resident’s care plan is designed to minimize loneliness, helplessness and boredom.

Mixed scheme of sectional titles units with lifetime rights to buy or rent.
Units are self-catering, but residents can take advantage of services such as meals, clinic services and home care.
24-hour security and panic buttons.
A 1-floor bed ward for the frail elderly and step-down care, with round-the-clock professional support, three meals daily, and emergency call facilities.
Clinic services providing post-hospital care, routine medical checks, medication control, and preventative care.

The reality is, getting older also means becoming more vulnerable and that most of us will need medical support at some point.
Most of our retirement resorts have a 24-hour care unit and residents, as well as their loved ones, can have the peace of mind that the services are within reach.

With the many lifestyle facilities provided at Residentia, active residents get to enjoy a positive living space where they can participate in a variety of social and recreational activities.
A service centre with a recreation hall for social activities such as bible-study, handicrafts and music performances are available and take place regularly.
Social activities are arranged based on resident interest and hobbies.
The resorts also have several parks and open spaces where residents can relax, admire the native plants & enjoy the rich birdlife of the area.
Our lifestyle centres house a variety of support facilities and services to make the lives of our residents as convenient and comfortable as possible. With these facilities on-site, there’s no need for residents to travel outside the centre to access them.
