Discover the elegant Residentia Boland (affectionately known as Huis Boland), a modern aged care home in a converted colonial building in a leafy residential area, just minutes from the city centre and with direct access to shops and cafés.
Outside you’ll find many original architectural features, surrounded by magnificent towering trees and landscaped gardens with flowering shrubs and indigenous South African plants. The garden has many cosy corners where you can sit and relax. The interiors of our Senior Lifestyle Centre exude a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere.
The various communal areas, cosy lounges and activity room are tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork and indoor plants. We also have an elegant, well-stocked café, a modern library and an in-house hair salon where you can get pampered.

The reality is, getting older also means becoming more vulnerable and that most of us will need medical support at some point.
Most of our retirement resorts have a 24-hour care unit and residents, as well as their loved ones, can have the peace of mind that the services are within reach.
The following services are offered from the care unit:
With the many lifestyle facilities provided at Residentia, active residents get to enjoy a positive living space where they can participate in a variety of social and recreational activities.
A service centre with a recreation hall for social activities such as bible-study, handicrafts and music performances are available and take place regularly.
Social activities are arranged based on resident interest and hobbies.
The resorts also have several parks and open spaces where residents can relax, admire the native plants & enjoy the rich birdlife of the area.
Our lifestyle centres house a variety of support facilities and services to make the lives of our residents as convenient and comfortable as possible. With these facilities on-site, there’s no need for residents to travel outside the centre to access them.
